RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All earring sold are not exchangeable, due to hygiene reasons.

DAMAGE ITEM RECEIVED

In the case that the earrings are damaged upon receipt, do contact us within 3 days of receiving them. Kindly attached photos of the damage product and we will reply you within the next 3 working days.

  • Depending on the situation, we will either provide a free repair, replace it with another product, provide a store credit refund (Discount Code) or a direct refund. 

 

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

If an incorrect item is sent to you, do contact us soon as possible. Kindly attached photos of the products received and we will reply you within the next 3 working days.

  • We will either exchange it with the correct order or a different product. Store credit refund (Discount Code)or a full refund will be considered as well.
  • Shipping will be bear by us if the wrong order is sent.
